CEFE Courses
CEFE is like a tool-box: it consists of a broad range of so-called Structured Learning Exercises (SLE's), which is a lesson unit of about 1-3 hours. Each SLE has a special focus by tackling a specific problem and achieving a particular goal. By this way, every problem can be addressed and courses can be tailored to the specific needs of the customer and target groups.

BEED offers tailored CEFE courses to a wide range of target groups. The uniqueness of CEFE is that its adult learning methodology can be applied and adapted to nearly every target group like

BEED offers standardized courses as well as tailored courses. Generally, before any training we recommend and also offer to carry out a training needs assessment. This is important to identify where the training should focus on and to avoid unnecessary repetition of knowledge transfer and costs. Once the needs assessment is done, we tailor the courses according to technical needs as well as time availability of the trainees etc.
